GeekSeller is an officially approved partner of JET.com, providing an affordable API integration solution. We are a ready-to-use panel that you can connect to your JET partner account, alleviating the need to build one on your own.
The integration will seamlessly import orders from the JET partner account to ShipStation via GeekSeller's system. Once you complete an order by creating a label, ShipStation sends it to GeekSeller, who submits the tracking number to JET and marks the order as shipped.

Order Import Requirements:
Include a Ship To address.
Follow the steps below to connect your GeekSeller account to ShipStation:
Login to your GeekSeller account here.
Click Extensions, then ShipStation.
In Step 1 on GeekSeller, select which Jet.com nodes you want to be imported into ShipStation.
Copy the API Key and API Secret. If you do not have API keys yet, click Generate New API Keys to create them.
Back in GeekSeller, scroll to Step 2 and enter your ShipStation API Key and API Secret.
Scroll to Step 3 and copy the XML Username and XML Password from Geekseller.
Scroll to Step 4 and select whether you want Geekseller to automatically submit orders to ShipStation. If you do not select this option, orders will only be transmitted when the order refresh is triggered manually or by ShipStation's periodical automatic store refresh.
Click Save ShipStation Configuration.
Back in ShipStation, select Selling Channels from the left-hand sidebar, then choose Store Setup.
Select the GeekSeller tile.
Enter your GeekSeller XML Username and XML Password.
After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

Here are some things you should keep in mind about ShipStation's integration with GeekSeller:
GeekSeller orders are only exposed to ShipStation a single time. If you update the order in GeekSeller after it's already imported into ShipStation, the updates will not be sent to ShipStation.
There is a delay of 30-45 minutes before a GeekSeller order will be made available to ShipStation. GeekSeller holds these orders to allow time for the order to be updated or cancelled before it's sent to ShipStation.
ShipStation is not able to send emails for GeekSeller orders. All customer notifications will be handled by GeekSeller, or the original selling channel.
