How to perform actions in bulk on the mobile app: Tag, Cancel, Apply Presets, Update, Assign, Revalidate Address, Print Packing Slips & Order Summaries.
From the Orders screen, you can select one or more orders to perform basic actions on. Tap the ellipse menu in the upper right (the tri-colon, or three vertical dots) to display the Order Actions menu.
The menu contains:
Apply tags to order using the Tag Orders option in the Action menu.
Select the tag(s) you wish to apply to the selected orders.
Tags cannot be created from within ShipStation Mobile. Review our Create Order Tags article to learn how to create tags in ShipStation.
Apply Presets will bring up a list of presets created in the web app. Tap the desired preset to apply it to the order(s). The mobile app cannot create presets. See Apply a Preset for instructions on how to create Presets in the Web app.
Select users from the pop-up list to assign orders.
ShipStation Mobile cannot create new users. New users can only be created in the web app. See Assign Orders for details on how to create and assign users to orders.
When you click the Packing Slip or Order Summaries option from the Action menu, you'll see the available print options:

Select your desire print option to print your packing slip or order summary.
The visible print options are found in the mobile app Settings under the Print Methods section.
