The ShipStation integration with Wix allows for the following additional features:
Feature |
Description |
---|---|
Import pick-up orders |
This setting can be toggled on the Store Settings page. If enabled, ShipStation will import orders which are designated as Pick Up orders into the Awaiting Shipment status. When this setting is first enabled, ShipStation will create a new tag for Pick Up orders, as well as a filter and automation rule to automatically tag those orders. If the tag, filter, or automation rule is deleted, you'll have to recreate them manually. ShipStation is not able to update Wix when a Pick Up order is picked up by the customer. Any Pick Up order will need to be manually completed within Wix. |
Import archived orders |
This setting can be toggled on the Store Settings page. If enabled, ShipStation will import Archived orders into the Shipped status. |
Import unpaid orders into Awaiting Shipment status |
This setting can be toggled on the Store Settings page. If enabled, orders which would normally import as Awaiting Payment will import into the Awaiting Shipment status instead. |
Add Discount Codes to Internal Notes |

Custom text fields |
