Ecomdash

Provides information on the Ecomdash integration with ShipStation and links for relevant resources.

Ecomdash is an inventory management system for online retailers to manage products across multiple channels, sync inventory in those channels, and automate drop-shipping tasks.

Ecomdash offers three connection methods to ShipStation depending on what you'd like the integration to do: display stock counts in ShipStation, send orders from ShipStation to Ecomdash, or send orders from Ecomdash to ShipStation.

All connection methods require you to generate a set of API keys in ShipStation.

Connect Ecomdash and ShipStation

To use Ecomdash with ShipStation, you'll need to generate a set of API keys and enter them into your Ecomdash account.

To get your ShipStation API keys:

  1. Click Generate New API Keys if no key and secret are listed yet.

Account settings: API Keys: Reads, "You haven't generated any API keys". Generate New API Keys button.

    Important

If you've already generated your API keys, the existing API keys will be displayed here and the button will say Regenerate API Keys.

If you already have API keys, do NOT generate new ones. Instead, copy your existing key and secret.

  2. Copy your key and secret.

You can then provide them to the account you wish to access the ShipStation API.

Refer to the Ecomdash help articles listed below for instructions on how to complete the connection based on what you'd like the integration to do.

Disabling the Ecomdash Integration

After you've set up Ecomdash, the integration will remain active in ShipStation even if you cancel your Ecomdash account, which may result in errors within ShipStation. If you ever need to fully remove Ecomdash from ShipStation, please contact the ShipStation User Success team and an agent will disable the integration in your account.
