The Ship Date needs to be set to a future date in order to print a label.
Here are some common issues, potential causes, and troubleshooting tips.
Issue |
How to troubleshoot or resolve |
---|---|
You receive an "invalid tariff code" error when attempting to create a label. |
The invalid tariff code error message has nothing to do with tariffs, taxes, or customs. The error appears because you selected an invalid service for the shipment. For example, if you attempt to use Xpress 24 POD NI Only for a shipment not destined for Northern Ireland (NI Only here means “Northern Ireland Only”), you would receive this message since the service is not valid for that destination. Contact the Yodel Help Centre if you are unsure which services are valid for your shipments. |
